Brittany Rohr is the Founder of Rohring Results and a business leader from the Sarasota and Bradenton area. In 2012, she moved to Las Vegas to pursue her goal of performing with Cirque du Soleil. Her background in acrobatics helped her build discipline, focus, and a strong work ethic, and she earned her “tiger stripes” through real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.
While in Las Vegas, she discovered her passion for business consulting, marketing strategy, and building systems that help companies grow. She worked with startups, small businesses, and technology companies, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of business, including:
- Operations and logistics
- IT systems and infrastructure
- Marketing strategy and execution
- Sales and business development
- Startup and growth consulting
She also built one of the largest small business masterminds on the West Coast, bringing together 40 to 60 entrepreneurs each week to solve challenges and grow together.
After returning to Florida in 2018, Brittany began building a team of experts in digital marketing and business strategy. This step evolved her consulting work into what is now known as Rohring Results!
Today, she and her team have supported more than 450 businesses across multiple industries, including:
- Medical and legal
- Home services
- Retail and e-commerce
- Real estate and technology
Clients often describe her work as “adding rocket fuel” to their business. She focuses on uncovering growth opportunities, improving efficiency, and helping companies make smarter use of their marketing investment.
Her strategy sessions are known for being clear, focused, and action-driven, giving business owners practical next steps they can implement immediately.
Brittany gives back by donating eight websites each year to nonprofit organizations. She is also the founder of KindIAm, a nonprofit that encourages people to come together through acts of kindness and paying it forward. Funds raised are used to help support and rebuild the foster system.
Outside of work, she continues her passion for acrobatics. She performs with Encore Cirque and joins nonprofit events and local galas, focusing on aerial and partner acrobatics.
