Frequently Asked Questions About Onboarding
Plan between 30 minutes and 1 hour as you may have additional questions that come up with our questions or introducing you to the client collaboration portal.
It is much easier over zoom and if you need, we can record it for your staff for future training too! Also, the screen sharing makes it easy to do everything on your computer so you are completely set up by the end of the meeting 🙂
Yes, the phone doesn’t allow us to completely set you up. If you need to reschedule, we can always find a better time that works for you where you can be on a computer.
